Destination Paddleboard Yoga
People of all ages and activity levels are encouraged to participate in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga. Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga sessions are designed for beginner Stand Up Paddlers.
While SUP Yoga is more difficult than a traditional yoga session, your instructor will provide modifications that will help you to stay on your board during the class.
Destination Paddleboard Yoga offers different locations to choose from. At the Ted Sperling Park at South Lido we will paddle across the main channel to a peaceful mangrove tunnel. Enjoy the scenery of the mangroves and the starfish in the clear water. We will emerge inside a hidden lagoon after paddling through a mangrove tunnel. Please note, the paddle through the mangrove tunnel depends on the tide.

SUP Yoga Benefits
Your secondary muscles will be working harder to maintain balance on your board. Strengthening these muscles will enhance your practice on land. Take your poses to a new level!

A guided meditation will conclude your yoga session on the water. Float on your board, under the warm sun and feel the sea breeze as you relax your mind and body. Enjoy savasna like never before. Namaste!
Destination Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Classes include all the rental and safety equipment needed for your SUP adventure. Basic SUP instruction and water safety information is included to ensure your safety on the water.
Water Safety Requirements
Participants must be able to swim even though you may not get wet during the paddleboard adventure.
